Common questions about Invoice Capture
Does it automatically scrape websites?
No. You select the work text you want and send that selection to Invoice Capture. It does not automatically collect the rest of the page.
Does InvoiceCraftly receive my browsing history?
No. Invoice Capture does not need browsing-history access for this workflow. See the extension privacy page for the exact permissions used.
Where do captured lines go?
They stay in the current browser session while you review them. When you create an Invoice, Quote, or Estimate, InvoiceCraftly opens the reviewed line items in the editor.
Does creating a document automatically back it up online?
No. The reviewed lines become ordinary editable InvoiceCraftly document data. Optional account and backup features remain separate choices.
